One-of-a-Kind Beauty, Grown by Nature
This burial shroud is made from Turkish double-gauze cotton muslin — a soft, breathable natural fabric known for its gentle drape and comfort. The fabric was naturally dyed using butterfly pea flowers and calendula blossoms, creating a luminous yellow tone with a soft, sun-washed warmth.
The silk ties were dyed to complement the shroud’s gentle colour, forming a quiet, harmonious closure that feels both secure and ceremonial. Together, the tones create a feeling of light, warmth, and natural simplicity.
Each shroud is prepared by hand using natural fibres and plant-based methods. Subtle variations in tone and texture are part of the natural dye process and make every piece one of a kind.
