One-of-a-Kind Beauty, Grown by Nature
This burial shroud is made from Turkish double-gauze cotton muslin — a soft, breathable natural fabric known for its gentle drape and comfort. The fabric was naturally dyed using marigold and cosmos flowers, creating a warm, sunlit yellow tone reminiscent of late summer gardens and golden fields.
The silk ties were botanically printed with plant materials, producing soft blue and earthy impressions that echo petals, leaves, and sky. Together, the colours create a quiet harmony of sunlight and nature.
Each shroud is prepared by hand using natural fibres and plant-based methods. Subtle variations in tone and pattern are part of the natural dye process and make every piece one of a kind.
