This burial shroud was prepared using Turkish double-gauze cotton muslin — a soft, breathable fabric known for its gentle drape and natural comfort.

The fabric was soaked in a botanical infusion of eucalyptus, allowing subtle plant tones to settle into the fibres. The result is a soft, luminous colour reminiscent of sunlight, dried grasses, and warm sand.

The silk ties were naturally dyed using onion skins, producing warm, peach-toned hues that complement the gentle character of the fabric.

Each shroud is prepared by hand using plant-based methods. No synthetic dyes or chemical finishes are used, and every piece remains fully biodegradable.
